Cory Parker

With over 15 years of experience in real estate, Cory has a knack for building strong, personalized customer relationships. Since purchasing his first undervalued foreclosed property in 2004, Cory has become an expert in analyzing, managing, and evaluating real estate investments to ensure positive returns for investors. He also founded a successful landscape company in 2007, where he focuses on creating value-added solutions and maintaining meaningful customer relationships. Cory’s extensive experience has equipped him with the skills needed to effectively analyze investment data, helping clients achieve their real estate goals. His primary business goal is to exceed customer expectations.

Cory holds a BS in Supply Chain Logistics Management with a Minor in Finance from the University of West Florida. During his time there, he was an active member of the SCLA and was honored with membership in Beta Gamma Sigma.

In his free time, Cory enjoys spending quality moments with his wife and two daughters. He also loves golfing, fishing, and hunting.
